Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If a match is cancelled before the scheduled cut-off after it has started, bets are generally refunded.
• In cricket, a result may be deemed valid if 5 or more overs have been played.
• In football, certain markets may be settled once play has reached half-time.
• Special rules apply to live betting and are stated separately on the platform.

Technical Error

If a bet fails to place or is registered incorrectly due to a technical error, jillibd reserves the right to void or amend that bet. Users are not entitled to compensation in such cases.

Deposit Terms

Deposits on jillibd must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. In such cases, the funds will be refunded and the account may be subject to investigation.

• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Exploiting security vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Harassing or causing harm to other users.

Jillibd monitors for suspicious activity and will notify the relevant authorities when necessary. Accounts under investigation may be suspended in the meantime.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your jillibd account at any time. Once you notify our support team, any active balance will be withdrawn and the account will be closed.

Closed or Suspended by jillibd

Jillibd may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violating these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

Any valid balance held at the time of closure will be refunded, unless the account is being closed due to a terms violation, in which case the balance may be forfeited.

• Delays caused by third-party payment issues.
• Hardware or software issues on the user's device.
• Account information leaked due to the user's own negligence.
